Current Developments: Penguins fans everywhere are praying for a six-game winning streak to end the season... Yup, that's what it'll take to have a chance of sneaking into the playoffs this year. They do have a game in hand on the four teams they're chasing but don't face any of them in this final stretch... so destiny is definitely not in their own hands.
On a good note, the Penguins have went .500 (4 for 8) on the CCM endorsements they signed up for this year, which reflects their close to .500 record overall.
In any event, Pens GM Loconte has a busy off-season ahead of him, as he has his work cut out for him before the puck drops for season 4.
