Current developments: Well March has been somewhat kind to the Devils as they currently ride a modest 3 game winning streak which has them at 5-3-2 with one game left to play against the Atlanta Thrashers.

Notable highlight of the month was a back to back series with the Detroit Red Wings in where the Devils fought to a 0-0 tie in the first game and then defeated the Wings 5-1 the next night. Johan Hedberg has played his best hockey this month and the Devils hope his play can carry through to next year. Pierre Dagenais is ready to become the Devils first ever 30 goal man as he notched his 29th against the Islanders earlier today. With a more rugged approach to their game lately the Devils have had to rely on their pk to pick it up and it has. GM Stoll will be addressing the amount of penalties being taken but for now it seems the intensity is working well. Dagenais continues to lead the Devils in scoring with 29-26-55 while its Christian Backman with 10-28-38 leading the defense.

Honorable mention goes to Adam Hall who has 8 points in 8 games and Johan Hedberg who has 4 wins in his last 5 starts and has brought his GAA to 2.85. Heading into the last month of the season the Devils would like to wish all playoff teams the best of luck as they push for Lord Stanley's mug.

Until next time... BM
