Current Developement: Currently the team is in the thick of things sitting at #5 spot in the Western Conference but some huge games coming up. For most of the season we have seen Martin St.Louis collect up those points and lead the league. The PP is brutal in Colorado as the are ranked 22nd with 12.98%. On the other hand the PK is a alittle bit better at #12 in the league with 87.03%.
As for the trade we have a young bright star ready to put on that uniform next season. The team also received a much needed top pairing defenceman in Nick Boyton with his strong defensive skills. While giving up a work horse in Bryan Allen and a solid future to the Nordiques with Clarke MacArthur leading the way along with a 1st rd pick in the this years up coming draft and a couple of 4ths rds.
