Forced Retirements

Nineteen RSHL players, including the fourth overall pick terrible Todd Bertuzzi, who were selected in the initial RSHL dispersal draft are set to be retired. Two more top picks from the season two entry draft just retired from the NHL and are set to be removed from the RSHL as well.

I predict a "retirement script" will be released soon which will help GM's find out when and where their players last played hockey. Time to trim up those prospects lists.

Let's celebrate these RSHL legends and thank them for their contributions to the RSHL over the years.

Is Bertuzzi in jail yet?

I'm not a fan of forced retirement mainly due to the fact if I have a favorite player I may like to have him on my prospects if I was lucky enough to have had him retire with my franchise. Maybe something where a GM could also protect prospects instead, don't pay attention you could lose them.

However, I don't understand your logic to keep them on your list maybe "forced" was the wrong word. Let's go with "highy suggested"?
