To Sabres: Brent Burns, LA 18 Rnd 2
To Kings: Mathew Dumba, BUF 18 Rnd 3
LA gave the better player and the better pick. No wonder LA doesn't trade much.
This clinches it. Letasy for GM of the year.
Kings got played.
Everyone just looks at who gets the highest rated player. Dumba is 10 years younger, 90 SC and cheap. Burns is 34 and 5 mill per.
I think Age is a huge factor here, it's immediate gratification vs the long play!
Kings gm makes terrible deals but we'll see how this deal looks in 3 years
Have to call it fair right now. We won't know the real winner (if any winner) for a few years likely.
