Team representation (ie, make sure teams are represented then fill slots)

I think it was great as every team had the even amount of input to see who went to the game

Yes, its good to take subjectivity out and allow the GM's of the league to decide

Overall, this is by far the best league of any out there, nothing compares, right down the the finest of fine details, excellent job Brett & the Board!
