There are 8 of 30 teams that currently have a balance less than zero. That's a lot of GM's that are on thin ice with the league. Look at the rules people.

In another league you can use cash for signing bonus that don’t count against the cap hit. They have a max of and a total max you can hand out in any FA window but it gives your cash a purpose or advantage luring UFAs
