Welcome to our yearly report on the top prospects for our annual draft. The files attached have the Top 25 skaters and Top 10 Goaltenders based on every RSHL's teams scouting reports sent to us.
Each player received a grade on a score of 10. This tally was brought by how many teams had the player in their top 15 and in which ranking they were placed.
As you can see, Patrick Kane almost received a 10/10 score! But this also means a few teams did NOT have him number one.
