Pre signing crazy suggestion

With the sudden late changes in the league rules, if we cant cheat by hiding players in the loaded gifted players waivers draft (sarcastic here), trade the same players between 2 seasons, etc, could we add a 4th pre-sign ?

This will definitely not change. The reason for 3 pre-signs is to get more FA's on the open market. In terms of the NHL it's pretty average for teams. It's your job as a GM to plan for this and make the necessary arrangements.

If anything we need to take it DOWN to 2 presigns so more guys get on the open market...

I actually did plan for it months in advance and it got cancelled 5 days before the trade deadline...
